@Sasha I’ve been taking probiotics pills for the last couple of months. Honestly, I’m not sure if they’re helping or not. I personally don’t feel anything while I’m taking them but I’m sure there’s some gut health happenings on the inside.

@Sasha I try to eat yogurt for breakfast a couple days a week, and I’ve started eating more fiber. It’s helped me a lot since I started doing it.

@jenni0220 Interesting. These are common foods but I must not stick to them long enough to have an effect. I’ll have to look into more fiber foods. Anything specific you eat or like?

@Sasha I love Greek yogurt, usually I’ll buy Special K cereal and eat it on top of my yogurt so I get a good dose of fiber, protein, and probiotics all in one go. Special K itself with milk is pretty tasty as well. I also like to eat Nature Valley peanut & dark chocolate protein bars; they’re a good source of both protein and fiber and they taste delicious! When I get a chocolate craving I reach for one of those.
