Maybe we're taking things a little too far when it comes to workplace relationships. I just read that the CEO of McDonald's was fired by the board of directors after it was discovered that he was having a consensual relationship with an employee. They say his relationship "demonstrated poor judgement" even though Easterbrook is divorced and the relationship was consensual.

Shouldn't we be focused on the many non-consensual workplace relationships and abuses of power?

@Trudell I agree, but it’s also hard to gauge consent when it involves a superior and a subordinate.
