Fun and entertaining, if you can look past the feminist and SJW rhetoric. Firstly, it's important to know that this show isn't a remake of Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Instead, it follows a story closer to the original comic. It shows a darker side of Sabrina and her struggle dealing with her half-mortal, half-witch nature. The show itself is also darker, exploring themes like occultism, death and evil.

It's certainly an entertaining show, but I do understand why some viewers are turned off by the political rhetoric. Every female character seems to have a chip on their shoulder over their perceived victimhood as women. They're each ready to "bring down the male patriarchy" and "tear down the establishment." But although the female empowerment theme is often pervasive, I wouldn't let it cause you to miss an otherwise great show.

@Cogneto The outrage over the political themes is silly. It’s a great show. Season 2 is even darker and I’m loving it

@Cogneto First time watching the preview and it is definitely not a remake. Interesting enough to have me give it a chance though.

Still thinking
@Cogneto Love this show. Glad it wasn’t anything like Sabrina The Teenage Witch. The darker tone makes it much more interesting.
