Don't let it get so bad An issue many face, so painful and debilitating 🤕
Sometimes closing my eyes and taking a nap helps, other times Excedrin, quiet and my bed is all I can handle. Anyone else have any tips or tricks?

@Avital Oh no! I read acupuncture helps alleviate the symptoms. I'll make more research about other alternatives solutions and will let you know.

@Avital So thankful that I no longer have migraines nor need my former daily multiple doses of Excedrin! Gut health is so crucial to my freedom from life-long debilitating headaches.

@Avital Yes definitely! I began using some amazing probiotics and a special magnesium supplement as well as a blood sugar balancer that app work together so well to restore my gut Microbiome back to the right balance of good to bad gut bacteria and also work to better balance my blood sugar. (I don’t have diabetes, but we all have blood sugar imbalance throughout the day. Causes many of our problems. Alongside magnesium deficiency and poor gut health.) Once I got consistent with using those daily, my life has never been the same! So so thankful!!! I have only taken Excedrin once or twice a year in the past 4 years!!! I do still have TMJ disorder and therefore related muscle tension issues at times but it rarely ever becomes a debilitating headache I used to have nearly daily! Such a blessing!!!
